The Transition Committee has been fully engaged in the discernment process for our new rector. We have now completed telephone interviewing and will spend the next three weeks visiting a short list of candidates on their home turf. Upon our return we will seek to identify up to three candidates who best represent a strong match with our needs and direction. These individuals will be invited to St. John’s to meet with the vestry and staff for a final round of interviews.

I ask that you continue to pray for us and for the candidates as we engage in these next steps. We are being prayerful in our deliberations and are very thankful for the support you have given us in this endeavor.
